Shipping

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. It will include your order number and items ordered. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you.

Shipping confirmation

Orders can take up to 3 (three) business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e., in the case of a preorder or backorder).

Where we ship

We currently only ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We will announce as soon as we have expanded our international shipping options.

Shipping costs

We offer free shipping on all orders over CHF 100. For orders less than CHF 100, standard shipping is CHF 8 (PostPac Economy) and priority shipping is CHF 10 (PostPac Priority).

 

Returns

We accept returns on eligible full-priced items within fourteen (14) days from the date that the item was delivered to you. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging.

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your account by clicking the profile icon at the top right of the page. Enter the email address you used when placing your order and receive a one-time login code.
  2. In your account, select the item you want to return and click "Request return". Select the reason and add a comment (optional), then submit the request.
  3. Please wait for our email notification confirming the approval of your request, which will include detailed instructions on how to return your item. Kindly note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 (ten) business days.

Refunds do not include any shipping costs.

Late returns

Any item returned to us after 14 (fourteen) days of its original delivery date is not eligible for a refund.

Items not eligible for return

Please note that due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of opened personal care items (perfumes, fur care, etc.). We also do not accept returns of items marked as "sale", gift cards, or any items specifically marked as non-returnable on the product’s page, unless you receive an incorrect or damaged item.

Incorrect or damaged items

If you’ve received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us directly at support@theepicuriste.com with photos and a description of the issue.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges, as items may sell out while the requested exchange is returned and processed. We encourage you to return the original item and place a new order for the correct item.
